Valid only for GOLD Line products; The end customer can open an exchange request via email: sac@fosferpet.com.br; informing the reason for the exchange, your data such as: full name, CPF, telephone number and address, an image of the product in its original packaging attesting to 50% or more of the quantity of product in the package, batch and expiration date. Also, don't forget to inform the name of the store and city where you purchased the food. All this data is mandatory to generate a protocol number authorizing its exchange at the informed store. *It is important to remember that: "We will not exchange products after the expiration date".
